Privacy policy

Pequa Home Value is a real estate valuation request service provided by Rob Barnes and The Pesce & Lanzillotta Team, powered by LIPropertySearch.com.

Information you provide

Clicking Continue sends your property address to our team, even if you do not complete the additional details. If you add property details, we attach them to that request. Contact information is not required, and we do not infer who owns a property from its address.

Address suggestions

As you type, the address text is sent through our server to Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based address service, to suggest matching addresses. You may enter your address manually if no match appears.

How we use it

We use your submission to review the property and measure this campaign. Requests are stored securely and shared with Rob Barnes and our team, including info@pl-team.com. Service providers used for hosting, email delivery and our Real Geeks CRM process this information on our behalf.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of a submission, email info@pl-team.com. Please include the property address and approximate submission date. Submitting a property request does not subscribe you to a marketing email list.

Security and retention

We use access controls and encrypted connections. Technical request information may be used to prevent spam. We retain inquiries while needed for the requested service, recordkeeping and campaign review, and honor deletion requests subject to applicable obligations.
